About Us

Welcome to Nityal Physio

Founder, Nityal Physio | YouTuber | Researcher | Holistic Spine Health Advocate.

I'm Nityal Kumar, a passionate physiotherapist, educator, and digital health innovator dedicated to transforming the way spine and pain care is delivered — especially for Telugu-speaking communities.

Currently pursuing my PhD in Physiotherapy with a focus on non-specific low back pain, my research centers on developing a validated prediction model to improve early diagnosis and self-management. I’ve also developed the S.H.A.K.T.I. Back Method — a unique rehab model that blends modern movement science with ancient wellness principles.

Through Nityal Physio, I aim to make evidence-based physiotherapy more accessible, engaging, and culturally relevant. With 48,000+ YouTube subscribers, hundreds of patient transformations, and a growing digital platform, my goal is to build one of India's most trusted physiotherapy brands — rooted in care, science, and community.

“Pain should not control your life. Let’s rebuild strength, step by step.”

Our Mission:

At Nityal Physio, our mission is to revolutionize spine and pain care for every Telugu-speaking individual — from patients struggling with chronic back pain to families seeking holistic wellness.
